In production, there are so many questions, options, possibilities and choices. From a range of different scale jobs, to concepts that can be either underground or mainstream, cultural or commercial, or something in between linking both.
Amongst the turmoil of the creatives, concepts and clients, a good producer can see and deliver clarity; by adapting to people, jobs, clients, budgets and timings.

rare/medium/welldone is being run by Julia Llamas and is specialised in helping creative minds to get their ideas realised and come to life. In whatever form or shape: from an (inter)national advertising campaign, to a book, magazine or exhibition. Big, medium or small in terms of size or budget, the result should always be perfect and welldone.
rare/medium/welldone’s strength lies in guiding a project from concept till it’s fully realised, combining several fields of expertise (project management, art buying, photography production, print production, etc) in one person, overseeing the project from the very beginning till the end in close collaboration with the creatives.

Julia Llamas has a long and broad experience producing for the creative industry. She has worked since 1993 as a traffic manager/art buyer/producer for several communications agencies. Including 5 years as an art buyer/producer for KesselsKramer (working on (inter)national campaigns for Diesel, 55dsl, Fila Sport, Ben, Hans Brinker Budget Hotel and several book projects).
In 2006 she started rare/medium/welldone, a production company for the creative industry. Her most recent achievements have been as an art buyer/producer for advertising agencies, as a producer of exhibitions for Platform 21 (centre for design, fashion and creation in Amsterdam) and as producer/co-editor for international phototography magazine Capricious.
This website showcases a selection of projects realised from 2001.
